How and when do you apply to DO school this year?

Front page of google has too many sites claiming to allow you apply.

Which is the real site?

Is the deadline it gets sent out still June 1st or is it May 5th? Does the app just open May 5th or can you send your request then too?

So confused.

They changed the website. It's here now:

You can send it in after May 5 but the schools won't receive it until June.
