Specifically microbiology from UNE? I checked the official thread and found nothing about it within the thread, even with the search function. Anyone here have any insight? How is the final in the class if you took it?

I took that course over the summer and it was a breeze. It's "work at your own pace" kind of style other than a few assignments that require some dialogue with classmates on web-based forums. I finished in six weeks when the allotted time was like 15, so if you're trying to bust it out quick you can do so very easily. All of the chapter quizzes and unit exams are open book/open note. The only thing that isn't is the final, which is a little more difficult than the other exams/quizzes but you can easily inflate your grade with everything else during the course to give yourself a cushion for the final, if the grade is your goal.

My recommendation: Please call the instructor who teaches the class and speak to him/her directly. When a student calls me (or emails me), I will often send the syllabus, list of assignments, etc and answer any pertinent questions.
