How are you studying for NBDE part II?

I am having such a hard time being consistent in studying for part II. What is everyone's plan of attack for studying for part II. For example, are you studying one subject per week, exams, Qbank, decks, etc? I need all the advice I can get.

Hi, how r u ?

I have just started prep. for Part ll. But it seems we cann't take it during 1/21/2008 and 2/11/2008 because of schedule maintanance. I am studying regularly but i do not have Qbank. if you can please forwerd me I would appreciate that.
