My point is if you have an MPH or MPP and you're doing Psych you have an opportunity to do something that is relevant to Psych. For example, public policy related to opioid use disorder is a big topic at MPP/MPH programs. ACA is a big topic at these programs etc. A Plastic surgery PD might not care about this because its not relevant to them. Psych programs that are big in community psych, homelessness etc. were very excited. Now, yes I agree if you just get the degree and you are trying to tie it in to the field it won't matter (and you're an idiot).
