How do I add a school to the INTERVIEW FEEDBACK list?

Obviously I'd like to write about EV VCOM but the silly interview feedback entry system only lets you select from a list of schools, not enter new one's????

he had that section down for updates and put a pic of a monkey dressed as a physician on the page instead. It was a funny picture but must not have been up for long...
