How do programs know ur stats to invite you?

This might be a lame question, but if all they have is my USMLE score and I didn't put any evidence of what I got honors in or that I'm in the running for AOA how will they decide to give me an invite until my dean's letter Nov. 1? Just based on my USMLE and other activities?

Your school uploads your transcripts, so they do know what you got honors in.

Transcripts, step score(s) and your CV. For many programs and applicants that may be enough (I got 1/4 of my interview invites before 11/1). For others, it won't. There's no rhyme or reason and worrying about it will only give you an ulcer or a larger daily alcohol requirement.

do all schools submit transcripts on October 15th? This is when my school said they submit them.
