how do you know which batch you are in?

I see a lot of people saying "1st batch", "2nd batch"...."7th batch" and all and I was wondering how to figure out which batch you are in?
I had everything but my PS ready by june 5th but..

AADSAS application submitted on 8/23/12,
transcript received sometime in early/ mid june,
DAT score received on 9/5/12
Committee letter missing still. 🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁

I feel like I'm WAYYYY late but oh well 🙁 can only cross my fingers and hope for the best..

People refer to 1st batch when their application went out first!! for example all those application that were submitter early june and complete within a week or two went out on first batch.. since your application was recently send out probably you are like on the seven or eight batch. I think you can find out what batch # you are in if you call AADSAS Good luck

AADSAS will notify you when your application will be submitted to the schools then you know what batch you are in!!

The first batch went out on June 22nd. The second went out two weeks later on July 6th. After that, a batch has gone out every Friday since. Whatever day AADSAS tells you your application has been submitted to schools will help you determine your batch number.

Mine was sent on July 13th, so I'm in the 3rd batch.

GPA verification and the committee letter are the only things i'm waiting on but who know how long those will take?

Sorry, but we are past 7 and 8. If Amberena's dates are correct (I think they are), then batch 10 went out last Friday, today's mailing is batch 11. Your package will be sent out after the transcripts are verified and GPA calculated, AADSAS won't wait for your committee letter. However, the schools won't consider your app. complete and probably won't look at it until they receive your letters.

Most likely, unfortunately. Kind of annoying and silly that its a rolling basis. Still, not all the seats fill up by dec 1 and if your stats are good then it won't matter. Sdn gets you a little crazy with pre and post dec interviews. Good luck!

I would not assume this! While a couple schools have sent out many interviews invites, most have pre-december spots left.
