How do you organize your binder/pathoma/FA?

Should I de-spine pathoma and whole punch pages alongside relevant FA pages for that block?
ie. one binder for neuro, one for cardio - in each binder put FA neuro pages with pathoma neuro pages?

Or is it better to have all the pathoma spiral bounded together?

What are the pro and cons to binder approach?
