I'm an IMG, and my school decided to make the IFOM BCS our shelf exam, which is in a few days. I did't really prep for it, I just did the sample questions and thought they were piss easy so I thought I'd wing it. I've been focusing on consolidating everything into FA, so my dedicated is sort of about to begin.
I'm just mentally exhausted. From studying, from trying to remember stuff I knew like the back of my hand *cough anatomy cough*, from worrying about what happens if I mess up. It's just so effin draining!
I try to stay motivated and not worry about useless ****, but its taking a toll on me.
How do you guys cope with the stress and anxiety?
P.S. I quit smoking so don't suggest that...
