I want to preface this by saying I am deeply humbled and grateful to have received an interview from Neomed. But so far it is my only II. I know people say not to freak out till Thanksgiving, but Neomed has like a 40% post interview acceptance (48% in-state according to admit data; it seems like its 30% for all based on cycletrack tho). I am scared I won't be getting more IIs. I sent an update letter describing how I doubled my clinical hours and joined two community outreach groups (one educational, one food bank). But I doubt it'll help at this point, and going from 100clinical to 200 (2 years of college) isn't enough, I assume.
My question is, what does it mean to prep for reapplication? Just continuing activities and joining new things to address weaknesses (I joined outreach groups and more clinical hour shifts). Or is it starting to get writing feedback and other stuff?
Secondly, how do I guarantee/improve my chance of acceptance? I really want to treat it like my only II, but a 30-40% post-II acceptance is scary. Any advice on NEOMED or in general? Im pretty sure I posted my WAMC thats still on my file if that helps. thanks yall
Edit:my interview is nov.12–havent had it yet
