How does TPRH Work Book Compare to MCAT?

Been doing a lot of workbook passages as I'm into my last 3.5 weeks before test day....I do well on AAMC BS section (and EK for what its worth) but I'm struggling on TBRH work book. These questions all seem much more detailed oriented (like TBR) and require memory of more minute details. Additionally, it seems like reading comprehension is less emphasized than on AAMC BS sections where a great deal of info can be gleaned from the passage itself.

Anyone else agree?
