Since FM is only 3 years, I'm considering this path. I would prefer it over neuro or doing IM + Pulm/CC. Anyone know how hard it would be to match?

I'm getting a D.O. if that matters at all.

It's easy enough to do it through FM. Plenty of unfilled spots.

I am a DO and I did FM. I am in a sleep fellowship now. Lots of unfilled sputs.

How do you like that combo? Do you plan on doing mixed FM/Sleep or go mostly into sleep?
It's ok so far. I am mostly looking at 100% sleep jobs. There are a lot of pulm and neuro only jobs, but a lot don't care that you're not a traditional sleep medicine candidate. Hybrid jobs are hard to find.

Market has collapsed as reimbursements on procedures has drastically reduced. I assure you it is purely monetary motivated.
