How hard is it to score a 500 on the mcat? Do you think its possible with 1 month of study to achieve this score?

500 is average, the 50th percentile. unless you have some unique program or application characteristic, it is unlikely to get you into any u.s. MD school or most Do schools.

500 is the mean score, that is exactly how easy it is to to score it. how well would you say you compare to the average test taker now? that will give you an idea of if you can reasonably expect to get an average score 1 month from now
 
Is it possible to achieve a score of 500 with one month of studying? Yes.

Is it possible for you to achieve a score of 500 with one month of studying? No one on this site can tell you that.

Will a score of 500 give you the best chance of getting into medical schools? No. It's not impossible, but you would be much better off taking the time to get a higher score.
