how is Columbia for gay students?

I wanted to throw this question out there. Is there anyone who actually attends Columbia P&S who can share some info on how gay "friendly" or "tolerant" (or whatever you want to call it) the school is? I had heard some mixed opinions from people who visited the school, so I'd like to hear from actual students.
