SO if we are sending in secondaries now for school... honestly, how late are we?

You're in with the huge applicant pool from the August MCAT group. Since many schools (if not most) prefer (and some directly state) the April MCAT group, since it works in your advantage, you aren't necessarily in the speedy group. You're not too late, but just realize that you're in a bigger pile of applicants now and it might take a while to really sift things through before any decisions are made on you. If your AMCAS is spectacular, you might get an earlier invite than most of the August group, but regardless, if you do get an interview, it'll be months later than earlier applicants. I also believe that some August MCATs submitted their secondaries earlier so that they dont have to wait the long line now. Granted, their application will be put on hold, but because it has been already processed, all that needs to be done is to jsut automatically send the updated MCAT scores without having their application in a pile, and rendering their app complete.
