How long does it take ECFVG to process TOEFL scores?

Took TOEFL on 8/3, got scores sometime around 8/13 (passed minimum requirements). My scores are automatically sent to ECFVG (I selected send scores to #1212 when I applied for the test). It’s been a month since my test date, just wondering if I should send an email to ask if they got my scores or not.
