i sent copies of mine overnight to aadsas as i got them,and they appeared as "received" the next day.

I sent them with regular mail and it appeared on the screen within a week. It takes them a while till they send it though....

hmm thanks for the replies...the only thing keeping my file from being complete at all the schools are my lor's due to complications and i'm a bit worried it may be getting late

You can submit your application with out your LOR.
