How long does it usually take to send out BR materials?

Hi folks,

I recently purchased BR materials. I have been waiting for about 10 days. I live in the east coast and I have sent in a money order with my form. On average how long does it take for them to email and how long does it actually take to ship? I'm taking it in January and I would like to use this as a supplement along with EK and TPR.

I've emailed them but no response yet. Is there a phone number that I could call?

It tends to take forever. Expect 3-4 weeks. It is widely accepted that they have dismal customer service. Some of their books are okay though, so just sit tight.

I got mine within 2 weeks (1 week for them to get the money order and another for the shipping time).
