How long would it take to go through Firecracker?

I was looking through firecracker and I have to say I'm quite impressed. I was wondering how long would it take to go through it? Would it be possible say to go through the Biochemistry section in one day?

No (not in any useful capacity, at least).

The whole point of Firecracker is to do it over an extended period of time for long-term retention. Ideally, you use it throughout MS2.

whoa, that's a bit slow. I've been adding questions as we go through path/pharm/micro and I'm sitting at around 12% in the first 2 months of school.

One month into M1, 5% done, 85% mastery (usually in the mid 90s, just flagged a bunch new stuff).

If you're only doing FC, you can probably knock most of it out within 2-3 months. But I can't imagine it would be a smart thing to do if your boards are soon, not to mention excruciatingly painful.


If you just started M1 or M2, I'd definitely say it'd be worth it.

You'll also fail your class if you take it without learning and have a laptop + First Aid in front of your face.

The biochem section is roughly 100 cards if I remember correctly. Even if you are fairly aggressive with your "banking," that's probably ~2+ weeks of work.

I'd estimate getting 100% banked on FC will take at least 6 months with fairly aggressive banking.
