That's likely overkill, in my opinion. If you applied to 30, you'd have a tough time scheduling 15 interviews without taking more than 1 month off. I applied to ~15. After about 7 interviews it got tiring.. I did 10 and felt it was plenty. I'd work on defining what kind of program interests you and narrow the list a bit.
