how relevant is BRS phys?

Everyone usually reads BRS Path and BRS Phys, and FA at least. Well, I've gone through my BRS phys and am still wondering, will there be much raw phys q's on the exam? Or is it necessary to do BRS Phys just so that you can then make sure you have a basis for pathology? I didn't learn GI phys too well the first time through, but during GI pathology, or GI Pharm, I didn't have any problems? Just how relevant is phys?
