It really depends on what kind of a reader you are (e.g. speed, memory, first-run understanding). The way I see it, there are 19 good VR passages available to you (8 AAMC, 11 Examkrackers [101 Passages]). Buy them and then experiment with different methods to find which work for you. Learn by doing. I think you'll be surprised at the analyzing methods that will work for you.
