As the application cycle approaches, I am working on filling in my Activities section. I have second authored a review that is in its final stages. It will likely be submitted to several journals in May.

How should I go about formatting this entry for my TMDSAS application?

You don't know when, by whom, or if it will be ever accepted for publication. Best to leave it off the application.
