Any suggestions from people who were able to raise their C/P score significantly? Best study/practice materials? Thoughts on Kaplan C/P PBQs or Khan Academy C/P PBQs?
I used TPR and I felt that their method really worked for me (got a 132 on one of my AAMC FL and a 130 on the real thing). Also using TPR method, time was no longer an issue and I was actually finishing with time to spare
They emphasize understanding what types of questions are being asked (ie Inference or LEAST/NOT etc.) and how to find the answers while avoiding common pitfalls. They also teach reading the passage just for the gist of it during the first pass then using it as an answer key for the questions. I really recommend getting the TPR CARS bookCould you briefly explain TPR method?

Well I guess all of those critical reading skills I learned for the MCAT have flown out the window.I believe the OP was speaking about the first section of the test namely Chemistry/Physics not the second Verbal/CARS.
