Hello everyone. After my IM residency from a community hospital, I have been working as a Hospitalist in a non-academic community hospital. I am planning to apply for PCCM but need some tips/help regarding how to make my resume competitive. This might be a no-brainer for some but any tips in this regard will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Just working as hospitalist (and doing nothing else like networking and publishing) is not a sure thing to make you comprtitve

expand any geographical limitations You may have had the first time around and get mentor ship and publish papers (whether as first author for a case manuscript or as a middle byline author helping an academic PCCM physician publish )
