Any tips for studying for NJ laws. What topics to focus? Thanx

Hi. I don't know about the NJ MPJE per say, as far as the one I took in CT....you should definitely know how to verify DEA#, Dea 222 form (inside out), technician ratios, adulterated versus misbranded, know the schedule of the medications, know how to do transfers, adn etc.

The majority of the time, you will find yourself pulling your hair or swearing at the ambiguity of the contents of the questions and answers.

For example, does anyone know if you need a prescription for insulin??????????

Insulin (R,N, 70/30) can be sold OTC without a prescription.

However, insulins such as Humalog, Novolog, Lantus and other newer insulins (Apidra, Levemir) DO require rx's.
 
That's what I guessed on the exam. :D How come I did not come across any specifications regarding the selling of insulin OTC in any of my lectures/study?
