How to prepare during Junior Year

Hello
I'm a Junior in college now, planning to apply to pharmacy school after graduation next year. The only Pharmacy Pre-req class I haven't taken is Biochemistry, which I probably won't be able to until Senior Spring.
I just have a few questions about when I should do things pertaining to pharmacy school applications so that I don't fall behind

1. When should I start asking for LORs?
2. When should I take the PCAT for the first time? How early in advance should I apply for it? Also, how early ahead of my testing date should I start studying?
3. When should I start my application process on PharmCAS?

Any other tips on when I should things that may be beneficial are very welcomed 🙂

1.) julyish since pharmcas application will open juneish.
2.) take the PCAT in July that way you can retake in September if needed.
Start like at least 1 month ahead if not more. Check the website for registration dates.
3.) start the application when pharmcas opens in June.

well, work your asx up now and get to know as many pharmacy related personnels and possible. LOR is one that kicks many people's butt.

How can I start asking for LORs from professors in June? Would it not be better to ask them in person, or is it okay to ask them through email?

Ask them in the spring semester and get a good email for pharmcas because they will get an email from pharmcas prompting them to submit a LOR

I asked my professors in person around the week of finals last spring. Its probably best you ask in person so you can sorta gauge how strong of a letter they'll write for you, or how willing they are to do it.
