USMLE How to score the free sample test on paper?

Hi,

I downloaded the 138-question free sample test from usmle.org

It's 3 blocks of 46, a total of 138 questions.

They have a computer version, but I printed out the paper format. I wanted to know what would be the scaled conversion so I can calculate my 3-digit score.
