Anybody have any thoughts about Howard, like what kinds of students they accept and if they take lots of out of state people. And would i be out of place if i wasn't African American? Any thoughts would help. Thanks!

I understand that if you are not black and you apply, in order to have a chance, you need to show real interest in the urban, underserved population. That's just what I've heard. It is a majority of black students. And yes, you would stick out, but what's so bad about that??????
