HPSP-computer lease

[hi performance]

I was told that the Department of Defense (Army HPSP) will only reimburse up to $250/year for a laptop rental/lease. However, it must not be a purchase and any agreement/contract that alots for an "option-to-buy" will not be reimbursed. Anyone (e.g. current HPSP students) know where to find an acceptable laptop situation? Thanks.
