I'm sorry but I don't have rates for you. What I can tell you is what I was told from my Navy recruiter (one I actually trust). Big things to get you hung up (not accepted) are physical and legal disqualifiers. Any chronic med problems, hx of mental disorders/use of psychotropic meds, DUI's, drug convictions and the like tend to be the greatest means of keeping folks out. There has been talk of the decrease in applicants to HPSP and the more competitive you are as a med school applicant (AF really stressed importance of MCAT #'s when I was dealing w/ them) the better off you are. The AF recruiter told me that a 29 was very competitive (which leads me to believe anything around this and you are in barring the above mentions DQ'ers). All in all, it seems to be that the HPSP is yours for the asking if you can get into a US school and have a clean record.
