Anything more than a very concise review of anatomy (directional terms, classes of muscles) is not very useful for the MCAT. What is on it is very basic. There is quite a bit of physiology, however. Just my humble opinion. Good luck.
e.g., do not try to remember the individual names of bones, muscles, blood vessels, etc., but you may want to review things like lobes of the brain & their main functions, along with very limited gross anatomy of internal organ systems. Far more important than gross anatomy are things like the "anatomy" of a nephron.
