Are topics covering non-human biology covered on the MCAT, such as the Calvin Cycle?

@frosted2 is completely right to point you to the AAMC outline, which is the definitive source for all questions about what's on the test.

But the short answer to your question is "No."

The slightly longer answer is that microbiology, which is by definition non-human, is covered at a pretty basic level. In terms of plant biology, pretty much all you have to know is that plants are colorful things that contain cellulose and vitamins (phrasing it this way might be a slight exaggeration, but if so, only very slight). Evolution is tested, although somewhat superficially, and I suppose that to understand the concepts underpinning evolution you should some have some vague sense of the diversity of life...but that's basically it. No Calvin Cycle, photosynthesis, etc.
