I am lost

HI all::

i am a new memmber , just joined u all before 3 days.
i need ur help , advice,& support.
what do we exactly need to study for part 1, I just want to get in the 80"s, becuase i have a family & my time to study is very limited.
so can anyone quide me & tell me if dentaldecks & old exams are enough or what?????
please be honest with me because i am really lost & confuse.
i wan to take my exam next year, but do not know when.
especially i heard that they will change it next year, God help us all.
