    I'm sorry about your predicament, but just keep hanging in there. Out of curiosity, if you knew you were not in a good position to take a $12,000 test prep course of dubious value, why did you do it?

    Anyway, to the real problem at hand, your verbal scores. How were you practicing the passages? How was your timing? How do you read the passages: do you skim or read everything word for word?

    Verbal was my worst section as well. It was my least predictable score. On my practice tests, my verbal ranged from 9 to 14.
