Well, I already posted my rank list, but I've been talking to some other folks, and thought I could at least share other people's top choices from my school....

MGH-McLean - Two very serious but nice women.
UCSF - One man, One woman - both kind of laid back and nice - they laugh a lot.
Cambridge - two women - both fun and cool - seem like people I'd want to hang out with (YAY!)
UNC - two men. one quiet/serious/nice. the other is talkative.
Duke - one woman, nice/talkative
Brown - quirky woman
...

That's all I remember for now.

I'm pretty sure an interview is required to get a residency position...I'm not as clear about the scramble however...

No. The pool of candidates who are ranked is a subset of candidates who are interviewed.

I'm nervous about posting my ROL here. Logically, I know no one is snooping around trying to figure out who we are and change their ranking of us based on our rankings of them, but it still freaks me out. Anyway, I'm not quite certain of my order yet. Maybe once I really nail it down, I'll post it.
