arrgh I just failed a calculus quiz. How much more abysmally stupid can I get. The question asked to prove that f(x^2)=2x using the limit definition..
Of course, you're supposed to get f(x+h)-f(x)/h
=(x+h)^2-(x)^2/h
Which gives you eventually 2x +4.
Of course, right when I needed to remember it, I forgot that (x+h)^2=(x+h)(x+H).
