When are you supposed to hear back? Did they give you a time frame? They told us they'd decide on 10/11 and the letterhead wad dated 10/11 so they mailed it pretty much right on time!

Congrats!!!! I just checked my mail box and nothing yet. This is crazy that I am checking my mail box and email every hour. But I am waiting to get that feeling that you're getting. Hopefully soon cuz I really need it. Congrats again!!
To celebrate... hmmm.... well for starters I put down all my PCAT study materials and I'm callin' it quits for the rest of the day! 
Tonight when my parents get home from work we'll probably go out for dinner or something! They're really excited too! YAY~!

My sister is an alumna there too (PharmD, c/o 2002). They won't flunk anyone! We are from Tennessee, and her friend at UT Memphis was failed a year. Take advantage while in Atlanta, a financial city and once home of Olympia 1996.

Anyway, let's see.... PharmCas mailed my app on August 25th. I did my supplemental for Mercer on September 5th. They mailed my interview invitation on September 21st. My interview was September 30th. They said they would make decisions on October 11th. My acceptance letter was dated Tuesday the 11th and I received it today (the 14th). So they are very timely! Which is nice for those of us who are developing ulcers over this whole process!
I'm not sure if they start giving interviews before they view a PCAT score or not. You haven't taken it yet right? But once they have everything they need they are very quick about evaluating your profile. Good luck!

I guess they love the 21+k tuition bill too 😉 . More than likely I will apply to Mercer, UGA, and a couple of schools in Texas. So I assume you've had a chance to look around the Atlanta area? Feel free to ask me questions about the area if you are not already familiar with the location. I won't sugar coat the answers. 😳

You should apply now, having just those few classes left! I really liked Mercer when I visited. It's nothing like I imagined. I pictured it in the middle of downtown with tons of traffic. Possibly in a dangerous area. It was sort of secluded, surrounded by trees and had lots of cute little neighborhoods within a mile or two. I really liked the area actually. Of course I only saw a small part of Atlanta but I'll PM you if I come up with any questions 🙂 Obviously, UGA would be much cheaper. Good luck!
Since Mercer is b/w 85 and 285 traffic can be down right insane sometimes. I know most of the students that don't live in close proxmity to the school take MARTA. One word of caution, don't go to Northlake Mall, which is the closest mall to Mercer. Try Perimeter which is like 15 mins away. You'll thank me later..lol.

Congratulations ndearwater ... that rocks!!! My pharmcas was just mailed to Mercer last week, but here's hoping I hear something soon ! Like you, I am a reapplicant, so I already have a PCAT score; hopefully, I will get an interview!
