You could always go back to school for Post-baccalaureate courses in order to increase your GPA and complete any pre-requisite courses you may still need. During that time you could also volunteer at an OT office which some schools require you to do before applying and if you haven't already take the GRE.

I recommend you call the schools prior to deciding not to apply. Some schools post a 3.0 GPA but are flexible if you have other factors that enhance your application (volunteer work, etc).
