I am about to graduate after this quarter.

if i do not file for graduation then will i be able to continue taking courses as an undergraduate student?

i think i already have enough units for graduation but i just want to take some extra upper div classes to raise my GPA

is it possible?

Declare a minor or two in something you like and take additional science classes.

Yes. Double check because some schools won't allow student to take more than X amount of units. I.e. UCs won't allow more tham 200 quarter units.
