Ok so here is my story, I basically need help trying to figure out how to heal my freiberg's infraction that the podiatrist recently told me i had. I have no idea how this happened, I just know that the pain is so bad that I cannot even walk!! The dr. gave me a two toe splint that has padding that lines the bottom of my foot, and he told me to wear this until it feels better. I had x-rays done and they don't show anything besides some swelling. So now its been approx. 5 weeks and my toe and joint still feel the exact same, the pain is still there and it almost feels like its getting worse??.....
Any solutions that you guys can refer me to?

i'd say your best bet is a return trip to the doctor

come on now...just go to the doctor.

Sorry, SDN is not a forum for medical advice. Please see a doctor.
