Hi guys

As the title, I speak about the marvelous ICA which evaluate GPA .
I have been sending my file since two months and get still no info about 😕
They refuse to respond at my inquiries by phone. The only thing allowed is to write and put inside a stamped return letter. From my country it takes two weeks forward and two weeks return. I have to found American stamps too and wait they wish to respond.
They have no email, no fax and refuse FEDEX or others. It seems like the waiting room is full and ICA has closed the door 😱

What's your experience or point of view

Hi. They are bunch of *****s and idiots. I can not understand how come they are still in work. I do not know a single person who had no problems with them. Try to find another agency, that is my advise.
Are u doing that for Minnesota?
I have strong believes that Minnesota picked that agency on purpose.

koua, I think you are totally right. It is ON PURPOSE. But to be sure, more accounts of applicants is needed. It seems (?) that the door is closed even the law is alive.

Does, some of you, recently get an evaluation from ICA ?
