What would you recommend for a good fellow ICU handbook. Other than Morino?

What would you recommend for a good fellow ICU handbook. Other than Morino?

Other than the ICU Book by Marino, or the Little ICU Book, I liked the NEJM series on critical care. I don't know at the fellowship level though because I'm not a CCM fellow.

In addition, I really like the NEJM's relatively new Resident 360. Look under "Critical Care." Not for fellows though, but interns/residents.

Soon-to-be intern. Used ICU marino book sporadically during MICU rotation-loved it. Any recommendations on books like this (problem-based presentation with introduction to treatment and tying it in with pathophys)?
