This is the email I received:

Please check your on-line application status web page to verify receipt
of your
application documents. Any missing transcripts or GRE scores must be
received
by The University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine no later
than
October 31, 2007.

The application status page can be accessed at
https://admit-s.cvm.uiuc.edu/

For missing transcripts, please check with the originating institution.
If a
transcript has not been sent yet, please have it sent to us
immediately. If a
transcript was previously sent, please contact us. It may be necessary
to have
the transcript sent again.

For missing GRE scores, please check with ETS. If a score has not been
sent
yet to the University of Illinois (institution code 1836), College of
Veterinary Medicine (department code 0617), please have it sent to us
immediately. If a score was previously sent, please contact us.

Contact information for ETS & GRE can be found at http://www.gre.org/

VMCAS is still forwarding letters of recomendation (LOR), and should
have all
letters sent by 11/15/07. Please keep checking the status page until
all
letters are shown as received. If missing letters still appear after
11/15/07,
please confirm with VMCAS that letters have been provided by all your
recommenders, and contact us if VMCAS reports any problems.

Contact information for VMCAS can be found at http://www.aavmc.org/

Finally, please review the entire status page for omissions, errors, or
changes
in contact information, such as telephone, name, and especially current

address. Please inform us of any needed edits.

Please contact us with any questions, at mailto:[email protected]

Thanks for your cooperation in this matter.

yea i noticed that, so i went to it and in my grades, they didn't count a bunch of science classes as part of my science GPA. things that are clearly titled like 'Biology I' and 'Animal Physiology'.
uh, should i call them and ask them why they're not counting those? i find that odd.

Praise be to the application gods, but a miracle has occurred! They actually got everything that I sent them! Can I get a Hallelujah?

Only if it brings the number up!

I noticed the same thing on many of my science courses. In my case it makes it look like I haven't met the pre-reqs and have the Sci GPA reflect as such. My thots are that I won't call just yet, but give it time to "straighten out" - or maybe I should call now??

Ditto! Glad I'm not the only one with this concern; however, I'm hoping it will be resolved once the transcripts are verified and my GPAs are actually calculated. Does anyone know what the "GRE Score" is? Perhaps an average of the percentiles?

As I understand it - from talking with them - they just consider the overall best GRE test score from your submissions.

I think the GRE score is the percentile you got for each of the three areas, averaged, which in my case looks kind of sad 🙁

And they didn't count any of my science classes towards my science GPA, or give me a GPA one way or the other but I am going to give them a little time to figure it out. I know they must have my transcripts by now, so I think they are just behind. At least they got the page up, yay for them!

Mine say missing but they were submitted by VMCAS...Anyone else having this problem?
