What's the easiest IM residency program for an IMG (US Citizen) to get into?

Doesn't matter how good or bad the program is. I was just wondering if there is ANY program that has a very high acceptance rate. Even if you're an IMG.

Location is not an issue. Can be in the middle of no where in Montana or Alaska.

Just wanted to know where to apply in the worst case possibility.

Do you understand how the Match works? It doesn't seem like you do.

You're right, I don't know completely. Could you please explain where I went wrong and how it really is?

Every US-IMG should be applying like it's "the worst case possibility." There's >400 ACGME IM programs. Every one of these programs gets at minimum 50-100 applications per available spot. All of these programs are accredited by the ACGME and are run by licensed and board-certified physicians. The fact that you think some of these are "bad" shows a level of arrogance that really shouldn't be present in an US-IMG.

The way you are presenting yourself in this thread, and how uninformed you are about the process and your apparent lack of ability/desire to find these answers on your own, doesn't seem to bode well for you chances of obtaining a residency.

Tighten up your game brosef.

Sincerely,
A US-IMG that matched into IM.

I know I have very little knowledge. I just got done with 2nd year of medical school and was trying to plan ahead.
