Do any of you have a very very old worn copy of a yellow immunization card in which whenever you did yours shots (as a child) they stamped it/signed it?

My card is super worn, and some of the stamps have almost but completely faded to show I got it done.

What should I do in this case? Should I re-do all of my shots? Or just the ones that have faded? Most of these shots were done at a health clinic when I was young and my family didn't have health insurance so I don't know where I would be able to find these records or even know where to start.

You can just get titer's done to show immunity. But those are expensive and often not covered by insurance. It was cheaper for me to just re-do all my shots, so thats what I did.

Go to your doctor and see if he or she will accept that yellow card as an acceptable proof of vaccines. I'm getting some vaccines re-done and my doctor is also accepting the records from my high school for certain vaccines.
