I'm an NC resident and I'm applying to Maryland, VCU and Louisville OS.
I have read that Maryland allows you to pay in-state tuition after the first yr. Can anyone confirm this for sure?
Also, I've read that VCU does not change regardless.
What about Louisville??
Also, is there a thread out there that contains a list of schools that allow you to pay in-state tuition?
And if you can think of any schools which do allow this, let me know.
