In what order should I use these materials?

These are the materials I have

Books:

TPRH: Entire set
TBR: Entire set (minus verbal/writing)
EK: Entire set of 1001/101 questions
Nova: Physics only

Paper Exams:

Kaplan: 2 exams
TPR: 4 exams (A-D)

CBTs:

TBR: 1-7
AAMC: 3-10
GS: 1-10

In what order should I use these materials? I have 4 months to prepare.
