Could we start a list of the INDEPENDENT programs, not COMBINED/INTEGRATED. Right now there is just so much mixup because programs have weird hybrid programs. Just keep adding them on.
Also, LOUISVILLE?-iintegrated or independent?
To my knowledge (pretty pathetic):

UIC
Emory
Cleveland Clinic

Best way to do it: look up all the plastics programs that come up under Freida. Look up all the programs that are listed as "integrated" or "coordinated" under www.plasticseducation.com. Subtract, and you've got your 2-year out-of-GS/ENT/NS plastic programs.

Or, look up the San Francisco match and see what they've got listed there.
