Info on AUC - St. Maarten

I am looking for information about American University of the Carribean on St. Maarten. I heard you don't have to take the USMLE because it isn't considered foreign. Any and all info would be appreciated.

it is not a US school.

if you want to attain a residency in the US, you have to acquire an ECFMG certificate which requires successful completion of the USMLE 1, 2, CSA and an english exam.
